Work group meeting took place on 4th of October in Liepaja (Latvia). Partners from Kurzeme Planning Region Administration, Ventspils University College, Riga Technical University Liepaja branch, Kaunas University of Technology, Klaipeda University, Kaunas Regional Innovation Centre were attending this meeting. During this meeting partners were discussing about the development of "Life-Long learning action plan 2011-2015". Project partners shared their opinions about the problems in non-formal education, brainstorm project ideas and vision for non-formal education future development. Also work group presented which project activities every partner have done.
